My current drawing process
Behind the scenes development stuff showcasing how I go about figuring out what this final drawing is going to look like with the tournatoo and bicycle.... Basically its another childhood memory scene of riding down Kaukonahua Rd to Paalaa Kai Store with a tournatoo passing by on the plantation road.

ReplyDeleteI came across this blog while trying to figure out the mystery of the name “tournatoo” for the sugarcane haulers used by the Waialua Sugar Co. Are you still attached to this blog? I know it’s been 8 or 9 years. Just wondering how that picture turned out. I also have a pretty good idea how the name “Tournatoo” came about.
